TERMS & CONDITIONS

WEDDINGS & EVENTS

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us indra@wild-designs.co.uk before placing your order. 

Your booking is confirmed on your written acceptance of our estimate.

Deposits  

All events are subject to a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of confirming your booking. This is immediately due at the time of providing your written confirmation and agreement of our estimate.

Bookings are subject to a 14-day cooling off period during which time you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.

Full payment of the remaining balance is due 28 days before your event.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after the final balance has been paid, unless by the agreement of both parties.

Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid will not be eligible for a refund.

Adjustments to your order

Minor adjustments may be made to your booking before your final payment is due, this will be subject to an additional charge where applicable.

Estimates should be taken as a guide, which may be subject to price increases where applicable.

 

DISMANTLING & CLEAR UP SERVICE

We are happy to offer a clear up and dismantling service after your event providing this is discussed, agreed and confirmed in writing at the time of your booking.  This service would be an additional cost to the design and delivery of your floral products and services.

If you would like to keep any flowers and foliage after your event, this must be agreed before hand. Please note, this will not include any items hired by or loaned by Wild Designs; collection for these will be agreed beforehand.

If so we ask you to supply appropriate containers for your flowers and foliage.

 

FLOWER DESIGN PRODUCTS

Full payment is required by bank transfer or payment link debit/credit card at the time of ordering your design, unless other payment terms have been agreed.

 

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

Payment methods

Payment by bank transfer, or other methods that may be agreed upon. If we have not already given you the relevant details, please let us know.

Payment not received

If payment is not received by the due date within the payment terms, your booking may be cancelled. Where you owe payment, you will also be liable for any extra costs incurred to recover the outstanding amount owed.

We never store or have further access to your debit or credit card details after your order or completion of the event.

 

DELIVERY

We cannot guarantee a precise delivery time unless flowers are for a specific pre-ordered event. However we will make every effort to accommodate your delivery request.

 

TIMESCALE

To reduce waste and ensure freshness; we do not hold excess stock.

We require a minimum of three days to design, make and if appropriate deliver your order.

Please notify us three days before your required delivery/or to arrange the collection time of the order.

NB: If your order is urgent; or immediate a specific delivery day/time maybe accommodated; please contact us and we will see if we can dispatch your order earlier.

 

LOCAL AREA (Norfolk)

Delivery within a 2 mile radius of Holt £3

Delivery within a 10 mile radius of Holt £6

Delivery within a 20 mile radius of Holt £10

All subject to a minimum order value of £25.00, unless otherwise agreed upon arrangement.

Prices are accurate at the time of printing and include UK Vat (currently at 20%.)

National (England, Scotland & Wales)

Everlasting flowers minimum order £25.00, delivery from £10 with prior agreement upon arrangement.

If the recipient is not at home we will leave the flowers in a safe place that you have specified and agreed, leaving a card informing the recipient of the location.

Delivery to a location or venue, please contact us so we can discuss time and access.

You are fully responsible for providing the correct location and address for delivery.

If the location/address information given is incorrect, we accept no responsibility and no refunds will be issued.

COLLECTIONS

Collections may be made by prior arrangement.

 

AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

Flowers are a seasonal product subject to environmental and weather conditions. This can be unpredictable so availability may vary and we may need to make appropriate substitutions.

In the event of your flowers becoming unavailable after booking, a suitable replacement or substitution will be offered; this may be subject to an additional cost subject to your agreement.

We source our flowers and foliage locally where possible.

Circumstances beyond our control

Adverse weather conditions may affect delivery or availability. While we will make every effort to deliver in the event of adverse weather conditions we reserve the right to rearrange delivery in respect of circumstances beyond our control.

There may be other circumstances beyond our control that lead to unforeseen delays or cancellation.

 

CONDITION

Your flowers are a perishable and delicate product.

All flowers will be delivered to you in good condition in suitable packaging, with water when necessary.

Please note that there might be slight variations in colour and size may occur.

We take no responsibility for damage or perishing of products once in the care of the recipient.

In the event you are not satisfied with our product/service upon delivery or collection please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your product. We will request photographic evidence along with written details within 24 hours.

 

COPYRIGHT

All rights in and to website images and content are the property of Wild Designs or persons that have licensed the images to

Wild Designs.

The website, content and images are owned by us or we have rights to use them under licences from third parties. Copyright law protects the site, content and images.  All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page from our site for your personal use only.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any images separately from any accompanying text.

 

LIABILTY

We will make every effort to ensure that our floral products and services are of the highest quality and delivered on time. However, we are not responsible or liable for any damages or losses caused as a result of our services. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. In the unlikely event of any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

AGREEMENT

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

 

CHANGES

Changes to terms and conditions: We reserve the right to change theses terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
